1 (8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. dried beef chips
2 tsp. minced onion
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped walnut

Blend cheese and milk, stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into 8 inch pie plate and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees; serve with plain crackers.
