OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 c. corn oil butter
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. non-fat dry milk powder
1 tsp. each baking soda & cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. quick-cooking oats
1 c. raisins

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Combine other ingredients, add to butter mix. Stir in oats and raisins. Roll out 1 inch balls, place on non-stick cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on rack.
