BARLEY SOUP 
2 meaty soup bones
2 qt. water

Let boil about 1/2 to 3/4 hour.

Add:

1 c. barley (not quick cooking)
2 large cans veg-all

Let boil about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add 1 can tomato rice soup; let boil another 1/2 hour. Stew beef can be added along with the soup bones.
