TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can kidney beans
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8-10 oz.) bag nacho chips, crushed
1 (8 oz.) bottle French dressing
Lg. chef salad, assorted greens and vegetables

Brown ground beef; add taco seasoning and water as directed on package. Add kidney beans and simmer 10 minutes. Prepare chef salad; top with cheese. Pour hot meat mixture on top. Add crushed chips, French dressing, and toss well.
