COUCH POTATOES 
8 sm. red potatoes (about 1 lb.), each cut in half (leave skin on)
3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella or Muenster cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped pepperoni or salami
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. garlic salt

In 12 x 8 inch baking dish arrange potato halves cut side up around edge of dish. Add 1 tablespoon water, cook covered on high in microwave for 8 to 10 minutes until tender, rotating dish half way through cooking. Drain. Meanwhile combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes. Cook on high 1 to 2 minutes until cheese melts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
