OLD TIME EGG NOODLES 
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour

Combine eggs and salt. Beat until foamy. Add butter and flour. Mix into a stiff dough, divide in half. Round each half into a ball and roll out on lightly floured cloth covered board. Let dry slightly then cut into noodles. Add to chicken broth. Simmer 10 minutes. Share a bowl with an appreciative gang of hungry loved ones.
