ONE - STEP TROPICAL COFFEE CAKE 
CAKE:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
8 oz. carton pineapple, apricot or orange yogurt or 1 c. dairy sour cream

TOPPING:

1 c. coconut or chopped nuts
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 inch square pan or 11 x 7 inch pan. In large bowl, add all cake ingredients; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan. In small bowl, combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
