VIRGINIA'S BRUNSWICK STEW 
2 whole chicken breasts
1 1/2" or 2" slice of ham
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 pkg. lima beans (baby)
1 pkg. frozen yellow corn
3 lg. white potatoes
2 big onions
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. sherry (not cooking sherry)

Cook chicken pieces. When cool, cut in medium size pieces. Add back to broth. Add cut up ham (small pieces). Simmer 1 hour. If not enough broth, add can of chicken broth. Add tomatoes and potatoes (raw and cut in large cubes). Add sliced onions, dill, salt and pepper. When about ready to start rest of dinner, add frozen limas and corn. Just before serving add sherry.
