SEAFOOD LASAGNA | |
1 lg. can cream of mushroom soup 2 lbs. cooked fish, shrimp or flounder 1 lb. lasagna noodles Cook lasagna noodles. Add 2 pounds of fish, shrimp or flounder in cream of mushroom soup. Grease lasagna pan. Layer small amount of sauce at the bottom of pan then lasagna noodles, sauce, grated cheese and shredded Mozzarella. Repeat layering ending with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown (about 45 minutes to 1 hour). Serves 8 to 12. |
