3 eggs
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix all ingredients together and spread on jelly roll pan, which wax paper has been placed. Don't put mixture too close to edges. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Sprinkle powdered sugar on towel and turn cake on towel. Remove wax paper; roll cake in towel, like jelly roll; allow to cool. Mix 4 tablespoons softened butter, 6 ounces cream cheese (softened), 1 cup powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoons vanilla. Spread mixture on roll and reroll like jelly roll. Cover and place in refrigerator to store.
