CHOCOLATE PIE 
CRUST:

3 slices enriched white bread toasted and made into crumbs
1 tsp. butter flavoring
Lemon juice to moisten
Artificial sweetener to equal 2 tsp. sugar

Mix all ingredients for crust and press into pie plate. Bake in 400 oven for 10 minutes.

FILLING:

1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
12 oz. evaporated milk
3 eggs
Pinch of salt
1-2 tbsp. chocolate extract
Artificial sweetener to equal 8 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup of milk. Beat eggs and remaining milk together and place in saucepan. Add remaining ingredients. Stir constantly over low heat until mixture thickens (about 5 minutes). Pour mixture into bowl and chill. Remove from refrigerator and blend in blender until smooth. Pour into baked pie shell. Makes 4 equal servings.

Substitution: 1 serving is equal to 2 Uneedas and 1/2 cup milk.
