WILTED SPINACH SALAD 
4 sliced diced bacon
1/4 c. vinegar
2 bunches fresh spinach, shredded or chopped
5 green onions with tops, chopped
2 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper

Fry bacon in 12 inch skillet until crisp. Add vinegar, heat through. Remove from heat. Add lettuce and onions. Sprinkle with sugar, salt and pepper. Toss until spinach is wilted, 1 to 2 minutes.
