SWEET & SOUR BEEF BRISKET 
1 beef brisket

SAUCE:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. dry mustard
1 c. plain white vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. bottle catsup

Cook a seasoned (salt, pepper, onion and garlic) brisket for 2 hours at 350 degrees. Pour off fat and place in a clean pan (pyrex). Pour the following sauce over the meat, baste frequently and continue cooking for 2 more hours.

Sauce: Combine the above ingredients. Bring to a slow boil, continue to boil slowly for 20 minutes. Add more water if sauce becomes too thick or double sauce if large brisket is used. Serve with egg noodles.
