12 oz. assorted pasta
1/2 c. pepperoni, strips
1 cucumber, cubed
1/3 c. green pepper
1 tomato
1 c. broccoli
1/2 c. Monterey Jack (or Monterey Jack with jalapeno)
1/2 c. Italian dressing

Mix vinegar to taste. Seasonings to taste. Top with Parmesan.
