CORN BEEF SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello (3 oz.)
1 1/2 c. hot water

Mix.

2 tbsp. vinegar
1 can (large) corn beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sm. size peas
3 c. shredded carrots
1 onion, minced
1 c. celery, cut up
3 hard cooked eggs
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add vinegar, mix in corn beef. Add remaining ingredients, blend in mayonnaise. Pour into Jello mold. Serve on lettuce bed or as desired. Excellent for luncheon.
