BARBECUE SAUCE 
2 onions, chopped
1 c. water
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. Worcestershire
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne
1 tbsp. mustard

Mix together in saucepan. Cook on low until thick. Cayenne pepper is optional.
