COCOA BROWNIES 
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 egg white
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. flour, all-purpose
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease 8 inch round or square pan with butter.

In large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add corn syrup, vanilla, egg and egg white and mix until well blended.

Combine flour, cocoa, salt and add to batter. Mix until blended. Fold in nuts and pour in pan.

Bake 20-25 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Makes 16 squares. 115 calories, 9 saturated fat calories.
