CHEESE AND MACARONI 
1 (8 oz.) elbow macaroni
1 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
milk
1/2 stick butter

Prepare macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and pour into 2-quart Pyrex baking dish. Add cheese and mix. Use enough milk to come to the top of macaroni (do not cover with milk). Cut up butter on top and bake in 400°F oven until it browns and thickens (approximately 45 minutes).

Serves 6.
