LEMON PORK CHOPS 
My family loves this recipe! Easily adjusted to fit your needs. Some nights I've made this with only two large bone-in chops.

5 pork chops (about 1 1/2 to 2 lb.)
1-2 lemons, sliced
5 onion slices (1 per chop)
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chili sauce
salt and pepper, to taste
1-2 tbsp. lemon juice

In baking pan arrange chops, cover each with lemon and onion slices. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Cover closely with lid or foil. Bake at 350°F for 90 minutes or until chops are tender.

Serves 5.
