LECHE FLAN 
1 dozen eggs
1 can condensed milk
1 can water (using milk can)
1 fresh lemon
3 tbsp. sugar (2 tbsp.)

Separate egg white and egg yolk. Put egg yolk in a large bowl. Slightly beat egg yolk. Scrape lemon rind and add to egg yolk. Let it stand for 15 minutes. Add condensed milk and water to egg yolk. Stir well but do not beat; set aside.

Mix sugar and water in a small saucepan and make syrup. Put the syrup in pan (7 inches in diameter 1 1/2 inches in depth). Use a strainer to pour the egg yolk mixture into the syrup. Steam cook the flan for 35 minutes or until done. Enjoy!
