TACO SALAD | |
1 1/2 lb. ground beef 2 (16 oz.) cans of chile beans 1 head lettuce 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubes 1 (6 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips, crushed 2 onions, sliced 2 avocados 1 can olives 1 c. mayonnaise Taco sauce 1/2 c. ketchup Brown meat with package taco sauce mix. Drain fat. Add beans and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add all other ingredients. You can make ahead for several hours. |
