STRAWBERRY JELLO CAKE 
1 angel food cake
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 1/2 c. cold water
2 1/2 pts. whipping cream
1 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. sliced strawberries
2 tbsp. sugar

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1 1/2 cups cold water, 2 tablespoons sugar and the sliced strawberries. Let set in the refrigerator until thick. Break angel food cake into bite size pieces and arrange on the bottom of a rectangular pan.

Beat whipping cream according to package directions. Mix Jello mixture and whipping cream. Pour over cake and chill until firm. Serves 12-20.
