PUMPKIN PECAN BREAD 
3 1/3 c. all purpose flour
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
4 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. mashed, cooked pumpkin
2/3 c. milk
1 c. cooking oil
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Stir together flour, sugar, baking soda, spices and 1 teaspoon salt. Combine eggs, pumpkin, milk and oil, add to dry ingredients; stir until combined. Stir in nuts. Turn into two 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pans. Bake in a 350 degree oven 55 to 65 minutes. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove from pans; cool completely.
