VANILLA RAISIN PIE 
1 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. instant coffee powder
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Dash of cloves
1 (3 3/4 or 3 5/8 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix, can use instant
1 1/2 c. milk
1 baked 8 inch pastry shell
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Simmer raisins in 1/3 cup water in covered saucepan for 10 minutes. Stir in coffee powder, cinnamon, and cloves; cool. Prepare pudding mix with milk. Beat for 30 seconds. Stir in raisin mixture. Pour into baked pastry shell. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Chill thoroughly.
