Combine all ingredients and mix. Yield 1 cup.

Mix all ingredients except olive ... minutes. Chill. Chilled dressing will be very thick but ... croutons. Dressing will keep 2 weeks in refrigerator.

In a blender or food ... platter or individual salad plates with lettuce. Arrange orange slices on top. Shake dressing; drizzle over oranges. Yields 6 to 8 servings.

Combine all ingredients and mix ... for a creamy dressing, add plain non-fat yogurt, low fat cottage cheese, or tofu and blend well. Makes 2 cups.

Combine all ingredients in a tightly covered jar and shake well.
