Combine milk, lemonade and whipped topping; mix together well and put in pie shell (make sure pie shell is cool). Refrigerate 30 minutes to ... two 9 inch pies.
Line bottom of cake pan ... a bowl the lemonade, cream cheese and Eagle Brand milk. Pour mixture over cake slices. Spread Cool Whip on top. Then put can of cherry pie filling on top. Chill 4 hours or overnight.
