In a heavy saucepan, mix together eggs, sugar, and orange juice. Cook over medium heat ... sauce and serve over fruit salads. Approximately 3 cups.

Combine greens and dressing in a bowl. Toss for a few minutes and serve garnished with tomato. Different and delicious.

Add: Cook on medium heat ... thick; let cool. Whip and slowly add 1 cup whipping cream. Cooked part of dressing can be stored in the refrigerator.

Mix and store in refrigerator. Use as salad dressing or to marinate veggies, beef or chicken.

Combine all ingredients in a jar or bottle with a tight-fitting cover. Shake vigorously. Makes about 2/3 cup.
