71. ZUCCHINI JELLY
Combine all ingredients except Jello. Cook 10 minutes, keep stirring. Take off stove and stir in Jello, then cool and put in jars, refrigerate.
Cook up until tender. Add Jello and simmer until dissolved. Add sugar. Enjoy!

78. BEET JELLY
Scrub beets and cook until ... and bring to boil. Add the sugar, Jello and lemon juice. Bring to hard boil for 2 minutes. Skim and seal in jars.
Make Jello using the juice from drained ... to make up 2 cups. When Jello starts to jell, whip in cottage cheese, then add tidbits and cherries.
Mix Jello, water, pineapple, juice, and ... top of jellied mixture top with pecans. Chill. To serve, cut in squares and serve on lettuce leaves.
