Mix together, except about 3/4 cup chopped pecans. Roll ball into chopped nuts. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.

Mix all ingredients together except nuts. Form into 2 balls. Roll in nuts. Refrigerate for a couple hours or until firm.

Mix all together, make into ball and chill. Note: I just keep mine in a bowl to use instead of making a ball.

Mix: Form into ball. Roll in chopped almonds. Chill. Serve with crackers or vegetables.

Have cheese at room temperature. Whip or stir together with other ingredients. Save enough pecans to roll ball in. Refrigerate.



In a bowl, combine all ... Finely chop Sea Stix in a food processor and stir into mixture. Chill. Form 1/2 inch balls and roll in chopped nuts.

Mix all ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup pecans. Form into ball and roll ball in reserved nuts.

Mix above ingredients. Shape into ball. Take 1 1/2 cups of chopped walnuts and press on outside of ball.

Mix together all ingredients except ... pecans. Shape into 2 balls and roll in remainder of pecans. (May need to chill before shaping.) Refrigerate.
