CREAM CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temp.)
1 (8-1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
2 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. chopped onion, fine
1 tsp. seasoning salt (optional)

Mix together all ingredients except a few of the pecans. Shape into 2 balls and roll in remainder of pecans. (May need to chill before shaping.) Refrigerate.
