Mix dry ingredients. Cut in shortening and store in container. Blend; knead 10 strokes. Cut biscuits. Bake in a 450 degree oven until brown.

Cut in shortening. Keep in sealed container.

Mix together by cutting with 2 knives until it looks like cornmeal. (Or mix by a mixer at low speed.)
