Combine first 5 ingredients in a quart jar with a lid. Add quart of water. Shake and stir well. Chill for 1 hour.

Mix well to 1 cup hot water.

Use 3 teaspoons to a cup of water.

Mix together. Store in a container and use 1/4 cup or 1/3 cup in a cup of hot water or to taste.

Mix and stir in air tight container. Use 3 to 4 teaspoons per cup of hot water.
