21. PINK PUNCH
Makes 3 gallons. Serves 100 to 175.
22. PUNCH FOR 100
Mix ice cream, sherbet and punch just until slightly incorporated. Add ginger ale when ready to serve.
Defrost punch and lemonade. Put in punch ... around. Serves 40 - easily doubled. Can also use champagne and other types of punch, except raspberry.
Combine punch and pineapple. Alternate in parfait glasses with ice cream. Freeze. Trim with cherries.
25. SPEAKER'S PUNCH
Mix together and add (all sliced very thin) : 1 orange 1 lemon 2 slices pineapple 6 maraschino cherries
Place half of each drink ... ingredients in blender. Serve over crushed ice or ice cubes, garnish with fresh orange slices. Makes about 8 drinks.
29. PUNCH
Mix liquids in a large bowl. Flat vanilla ice cream on top. Garnish with sliced fruit.
