21. TOSCANA BEEF

Meat - 2 pounds- 1 ... half the quantity. Add beef broth and thicken a little with corn flour. Slice meat and pour sauce over it and serve hot.

22. PEPPER STEAK

Cut roast into bite size ... and let it simmer until 5:00. When ready to serve prepare the Minute Rice. Serve pepper steak over a bed of rice.
