Put everything in bowl, beat on medium with electric beater until mush. Can be molded or add a little milk or more sour cream for dip.

12. DRIED BEEF DIP

Combine all ingredients. Serve with vegetables.

13. CHIPPED BEEF DIP

Combine all ingredients. Age for 24 hours. Serve with rye or whole wheat crackers.

14. BRITISH DIPPER SANDWICHES

Make sandwich out of the above and "grill" in butter. Dip your sandwich and eat!

Blend all ingredients. May add a little milk for desired consistency.

Beat cream cheese at room ... Very tasty on rye crackers and HIHO crackers. Quick and easy to make. NOTE: I use kitchen scissors to shred beef.

Blend milk and cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients.

Mix all of the above ingredients together. Serve with chips. Okay to make ahead of time. It will make the horseradish "zippier"!
