For potato salad, double recipe - good ... mayonnaise and French's salad style mustard. A few finely chopped nuts are good on the banana salad.

Beat egg, cornstarch, mustard, and sugar until creamy. Add to cold vinegar and stir. Boil slowly until thick, stirring constantly.

Mix all ingredients together for dressing. Pour dressing over 5 or 6 cooked, cubed potatoes.

Cook first 5 ingredients over low ... often until it boils and thickens. Let it cool a bit. Then stir in Miracle Whip. Pour over your potatoes.

Bacon (cut into small pieces). ... into flour. Mix other ingredients, then stir this into bacon. Serve hot or cold over diced cooked potatoes.



In a sauce pan, combine all ingredients, mix well. Cook slowly until thickened. Cool. Refrigerate.

Put all ingredients in heavy saucepan and cook until it thickens up. Add 2 tablespoons butter to mixture. Let melt and stir.

Cook all ingredients together, stirring constantly until thick, then beat in 2 eggs. Cool. If too thick, add a little cream.

Heat vinegar. Mix dry ingredients together. Add beaten egg. Return to stove and cook on low heat until it thickens. Cool. Yummy!

Beat well. Set in pan of water and cook until nice and smooth. Use on potato salad. Add onions and boiled eggs.
