CRANBERRY SALAD | |
1 (12 oz.) cranberries, ground 1 lb. miniature marshmallows 2 lb. purple or red grapes (halved, remove seeds) 1 c. chopped nuts 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped 1 c. sugar Combine ground cranberries and sugar. Refrigerate overnight. Mix marshmallows, seeded grapes, nuts and whipping cream into the cranberries. You can mix and eat or make a few hours ahead. Stays fresh for several days. |
