1 pt. whipping cream 1/2 lb. marshmallows Oil of peppermint 1 c. milk 6 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies Green food coloring On stove dissolve marshmallows in warm milk. Chill until very cold. Fold in whipped cream, peppermint to taste, and green coloring. Use 9x9 pan. Crush cookies and put 1/2 of recipe on bottom of pan. Fill with cream mixture and place remaining crushed cookies on top. Freeze 4 hours and remove for serving. Cut into serving-size pieces. |
