STRAWBERRY PIZZA
1 c. self rising flour
1/2 c. melted butter
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 pints strawberries, halved

Combine flour and powdered sugar. Add butter, mixing well. Pat dough out in a 14 inch pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

Combine cream cheese, condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix well and spread on cooked crust. Chill thoroughly.

Combine sugar and cornstarch in a large saucepan; add water, mixing until smooth. Cook over medium heat until thickened (about 5 minutes) stirring constantly. Add strawberries. Cool completely.

Spread strawberries and mixture over cream cheese layer and chill. Cut into wedges to serve. 8 to 10 servings. May substitute 3 cups peaches for strawberries and almond flavoring for vanilla.
