LEMON BROWNIES 
3/4 c. butter
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
Juice of 1 lemon

Mix first 3 ingredients until it crumbles. Pat into 9 x 13 inch pan and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees just until firm.

Beat eggs slightly and add other ingredients. Pour over hot baked crust. Bake 20 minutes longer. Sift powdered sugar over top. Cool and cut into squares.
