MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 egg (slightly beaten)
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. onion, minced
2 tbsp. light cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. chili sauce

Combine egg with ground chuck; add bread crumbs and onions, mixing gently. Stir in cream, seasonings and 2 tablespoons chili sauce. Shape into loaf and place in large fry pan, cover and cook over very low heat for 45 minutes. Turn loaf over carefully and brush top with remaining chili sauce. Cover and finish cooking over low heat about 30 more minutes. Serves 4.
