MEAT BALLS IN TOMATO SAUCE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 med. onion, minced
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs

Mix first 3 ingredients; add enough crumbs to make meat stick together. Place in refrigerator for 1/2 hour or until thoroughly chilled. Shape meat into small balls. Cook in electric skillet until browned. Drain on paper towels.

SAUCE:

2 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
