PUMPKIN CHEESE PIE 
1 1/3 c. graham crackers
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter

PUMPKIN CHEESE FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 unbeaten eggs
1 1/2 c. pumpkin, canned or cooked
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

SOUR CREAM TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

To make filling: Soften cream cheese, add brown sugar, spices. Cream well. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each. Add pumpkin, milk and vanilla and pour into dough lined pan. Bake 375 degree oven for 45 minutes or until filling is almost set in the center.

Combine topping ingredients. Once set spread with topping mixture and bake another 15 minutes. Remove from oven, cool. Refrigerate at least 5 hours before serving.
