SANDWICH SPREAD 
2 qt. green tomatoes
5 red sweet peppers
4 green sweet peppers
1 pt. onions

Grind together and add 1/2 cup salt. Let stand 2 hours. Drain. Add 1 pint vinegar and 2 cups sugar. Cook 1/2 hour. When cold blend in 1 pint mayonnaise and 1/2 pint prepared mustard.
