TAFFY APPLE SALAD | |
1 lg. can pineapple chunks, drain and save juice 2 c. mini marshmallows 1/2 c. sugar 1 beaten egg 1 tbsp. flour 1 tbsp. white vinegar 2 c. unpeeled, diced Granny Smith apples 1 1/2 c. salted peanuts, halved 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip Mix pineapple chunks with marshmallows and refrigerate overnight. Combine pineapple juice, sugar, egg, flour, and vinegar. Cook until thick. Fold in apples, peanuts, and Cool Whip. Chill. |
