TAPIOCA PUDDING 
1/4 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. tapioca
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk

Heat first 4 ingredients until butter melts; add tapioca and set back. Stir the milk into the beaten egg yolk and then combine the 2 mixtures and heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a full boil. Remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla. Cool and serve.
