SAMUEL'S MONKEY BREAD 
4 pkg. Pillsbury "Poppin Fresh" refrigerator buttermilk biscuits (10 to a can)
1 1/2 c. sugar (less 3 tbsp. replaced with 3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted

Mix sugars and cinnamon. Cut each biscuit in 1/4. Roll pieces in sugar mixture and layer evenly in bundt pan. Mix remaining sugar with melted butter. Pour over pieces in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Cool 5 minutes. Cover pan with plate and invert to allow butter/sugar mixture to drain down through bread. Do several times.
