LIME - PEAR SALAD 
1 can pears (#2 1/2)
3 oz. lime Jello
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped

Drain pears. Heat juice. Dissolve Jello in hot pear juice. Beat pears and 3 ounces cream cheese until fairly smooth (I use the blender). Add to Jello. Fold the whipped cream into the Jello mixture. Chill. Make the day before.
