COWBOY STEW 
1 can Ranch style beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 whole med. onion
1 lb. ground meat
1 can whole tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper

Brown meat in large Dutch oven, salt and pepper to taste and add chopped onion. Saute onions with meat. Puree the whole tomatoes and add. Add tomato sauce, beans, and corn. Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve with corn bread. Serves 4 to 6.

VARIATION:

Use Rotel tomatoes with peppers instead of whole tomatoes and use 1 pound of sausage instead of ground meat for Spicy Cowboy Stew. Or add diced potatoes when browning the meat.
