FIRESIDE COFFEE MIX 
2 c. non-dairy creamer
1 1/2 c. hot cocoa mix
1 1/2 c. instant coffee granules
1 1/2 c. sugar (use less for less sweet taste)
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Store in airtight container. Yield: 6 1/2 cups mix.

Note: To make 1 cup, use 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon of mix per mug. Add boiling water, stir until well blended. Enjoy!

Decaffeinated granules may be substituted for the coffee.
